Bush & Blair, war criminals
WE MUST not lose sight of the fact that the war in Iraq is
illegal. George Bush and Tony Blair are war criminals. They are, in fact,
accessories to murder. It’s possible that George Bush may get away with this as
the USA is not a signatory to the International Criminal Court (ICC) – but this
is not the case for Tony Blair.
Mr Blair has already been denounced by the Father of the
House of Commons, Tam Dalyell MP, as a war criminal and we should take every
step within our power to ensure that he is hauled before the ICC.
Furthermore, we must take every step to ensure that those
British soldiers and sailors serving in the Gulf are accessories to a war crime.
They are perfectly within their rights to refuse to fight and they should be
encouraged to do so.
